چکیده
Abstract Background Bacillus thuringiensis ( Bt ) has been used in agriculture for a long time because of its insecticidal proteins which make it valuable environment-friendly biopesticide. However, use is not only limited to properties. Current and previous studies indicate potential as biofertilizer promoting plant growth, the development transgenic plants, others. It presence ?-endotoxins, especially cry protein, attributes property bacteria. Besides, there are some vegetative secreted that exert their toxic activity towards specific species. Main body abstract The present review briefly provides an overview uses application biocontrol agent against insect pest sustainable agriculture. Historical biocontrol, classification various proteins, mechanisms actions different insect-pest, incorporation genes developing plants such cotton, potato, maize. Applications bioformulations biopesticide also described. Short conclusion Uses harmful pesticides chemical cause health issues environmental problem; therefore, served best alternative overcome above issue. Also, we aim explore growth-promoting solubilization minerals biofertilizer, keeping high specificity safety . Its formulations commercially available considered efficient pesticides.

Application of Membrane Separation Technology in Downstream Processing of Bacillus thuringiensis Biopesticide: A Review
Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) has been extensively used in biopesticidal formulations due to its safe environmental and human health records. The widespread use of Bt is often challenged by production as well as formulation costs which are in direct contact with downstream processing, i.e. the separation/purification step. Downstream separation/purification efficacy governs the marketabi...

متن کاملUse of by-products rich in carbon and nitrogen as a nutrient source to produce Bacillus thuringiensis (Berliner)-based biopesticide.
The amount and sources of carbon and nitrogen used to produce Bacillus thuringiensis (Berliner)-based biopesticide may influence the quality of the final product. The objective of this research was to test different levels of carbon and nitrogen: medium 1 - 1.5% maize glucose + 0.5% soy flour, medium 2 - 3.0% maize glucose + 1.0% soy flour, medium 3 - 1.0% maize glucose + 3.0% soy flour and med...
